Healing Journaling Prompts
for our Black sisters and us Allies:
Racism is systemic and institutionalized in this country and in the world. But it also infiltrates us on an individual basis. And so while we do the work out in the world, simultaneously and just as importantly, we must do the work inside ourselves.
While it is not our fault that we have soaked up the racism around us, it is our absolute responsibility now to dig up our racism and throw it out. Therefore we must ask hard questions and look within, as allies to our African heritage sisters and brothers.
As African heritage and black folk, there is inner work to be done to heal from the effects of racism, that only you can do. It is not easy, but it will be worth it.

Do you run around crazed day after day?
Is your life a bit more hectic than you'd prefer?
Are you a bit overwhelmed?
Aloha! My name is Shiuan.
I help guide women through the process of journaling, to pause and reflect on themselves, their lives and make sure that where you're headed is where you really want to be going. We do this in Self-Discovery retreats where we dive deep in a nurturing, safe space and informal journaling circles.
By connecting with a community of heart-centered women, you will find support and inspiration and TIME to journal regularly and often.
And through the stillness, you might just be led back to your true desires and dreams.
